Go to “Register”, enter your basic details, confirm the terms, privacy policy and 18+ requirement, then complete registration. After that you can log in with your access data. It is best to start with Free and fill in your profile calmly.

Log in and open your dashboard or profile menu. There you can add or change your profile text, location, search wishes, pictures and personal details. Save after each change. An honest and complete profile improves your chances of suitable suggestions.

Open the search wishes or filter area. There you define who you would like to meet, for example age, distance, location or further wishes. Save the filters afterwards. If too few results appear, make the filters a little broader.

Open the astro or profile area and enter your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. The time of birth is important for ascendant, houses and more precise interpretations. If you do not know it, you can still start, but some astro evaluations may be less exact.

In the customer menu you can find, depending on activation, package status, term, invoices, customer data, auto-renewal, downgrade, withdrawal, pause and cancellation. This is where you check which package is active and which contract or payment information belongs to your account.

During the founder phase no paid packages can be booked yet.\n\nAs soon as booking is unlocked, we will show the available packages and the booking route valid at that time directly in Astro2Match.

During the founder phase the currently released Free and founder features apply.\n\nThese include your profile, search criteria, questionnaire, matches with their match score, the clearly visible main profile photo and the founder chat in case of mutual interest.\n\nFurther package features will only become available when the paid packages are unlocked later.

For every suggestion you can choose "Show interest" or "Not my type".\n\nYour decision is not visible to the other person at first. Only when both of you have shown interest does mutual interest exist – and during the founder phase a founder chat can be unlocked for exactly that pair.\n\n"Not my type" is a perfectly normal decision. The suggestion simply disappears from your view.

Astro2Match is a dating platform for real connections instead of mainstream.\n\nThe matching combines three things: your search criteria, your personality from the questionnaire and an astrological evaluation. Astrology is one part of this method – not the whole identity of Astro2Match.\n\nAstro2Match keeps working in the background: if new matching members join later, we can notify you.\n\nDeveloped in Mannheim, usable for singles everywhere.

Matching uses profile details, desired traits, questionnaire answers and astrological data. The result is a score that can show, in percent and color, how well two profiles fit according to the current engine.

The easiest way: register for free, fill in your profile honestly, upload a main photo, set your search criteria and answer the questionnaire.\n\nAfter that you see your matches with their match score and can show interest or choose "Not my type".\n\nDuring the founder phase this costs you nothing – paid packages cannot be booked at the moment anyway.

Astro2Match is for adult users aged 18 and over. Minors may not use the platform.

Yes. During the current founder phase you can start with Astro2Match free of charge.\n\nPaid packages cannot be booked at the moment. Which features are available during the founder phase is explained in this FAQ.

Astro2Match is built as a multilingual platform. You can see the available languages in the language selector.

Astro2Match has only just launched and our community is growing region by region.\n\nWe only ever show you real members who match your search. We do not pad the site with invented profiles – we would rather show you honestly few than dishonestly many.\n\nIf nobody or only a few people match right now, your profile stays active and can be found by others. As soon as new matching singles join, we can notify you automatically by email if you have enabled match notifications.\n\nExample: Anna signs up in a small town. Today nobody nearby matches her search. Two weeks later Bernd signs up – and Anna gets a message that someone new matches her.

No.\n\nIf you have enabled the option for new matches under "Notifications", we will email you as soon as a new real member matches your search.\n\nYou can switch this notification on or off at any time. If you find it annoying, simply turn it off – your matches will still appear in your dashboard as usual.

No.\n\nIn the normal dating area we show you real members only.\n\nInternal test accounts exist purely for the technical checking of Astro2Match and never appear as normal dating suggestions. They are also not counted as members.

Yes. You see the approved main profile photo of a matching member clearly with Free too – not blurred.\n\nThat way you can decide for yourself whether you want to get to know the person. Additional approved photos in the gallery stay locked during the founder phase.

The main profile photo is clearly visible for your decision. The additional gallery belongs to the extended contact features and stays locked.\n\nOnce paid packages are unlocked, you will be able to view further photos released by the member, depending on the package. At the moment the packages cannot be booked.

During the founder phase we want to make real contact possible, even though the paid packages cannot be booked yet.\n\nIf two members show mutual interest, the founder chat is unlocked for exactly that pair. Then the two of them can write to each other.\n\nOnce unlocked, a founder chat stays in place for that pair.

No.\n\nDuring the founding phase a free chat only opens once you both show interest in each other. This creates deliberate contacts and nobody receives random messages from all suggested profiles.

Yes. A contact that was unlocked as a founder chat during the founding phase stays available for that pair.\n\nThis also applies if somebody withdraws their interest later. New contacts follow the package rules that apply after the founding phase ends.

A high match value does not mean that you have to get to know somebody. You decide for yourself.\n\nMark a profile with "Not my type" or move on to the next suggestion. New members can join at any time. You can also adjust your search preferences and switch on notifications for new matches.

No.\n\nThe match value shows how well your stated details and the Astro2Match evaluation fit together. Whether sympathy and attraction arise is entirely your own decision.

Free is the free entry point, Contact is intended for communication and gallery, Astro adds astrological evaluations and Complete combines all areas.

Astro contains contact features plus astrological detail areas. Complete contains Contact, Astro and all additional premium and comparison features.

An upgrade to a paid package is not yet possible during the founder phase.\n\nOnce the packages are unlocked, the available switching options will be shown in the customer area.

A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current period. Your current package remains active until the paid time expires, then the account changes to the lower package or to Free. Paid amounts are not partially refunded when downgrading.

For upgrades, remaining paid time can be credited. Downgrades do not trigger a new payment, are stored for the end of the period and do not create a partial refund for already paid amounts.

No. Astro2Match is currently operated under the German small-business rule in §19 UStG, so VAT is neither charged nor shown. The displayed package prices are final prices without VAT. If the tax status changes, VAT will be shown accordingly during checkout and on the invoice.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Depending on activation, options such as PayPal or card payment may be offered.

Before a first order or an upgrade, checkout shows the exact amount. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the period without payment.

Yes. Orders can create an invoice that is visible in the customer account. Complete customer data is required for invoices.

Only if auto-renew is enabled in the customer account and the payment succeeds. If auto-renew is off or payment fails, the package ends at the end of the period and the account returns to Free.

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For paid digital packages, it may expire early if you expressly request immediate performance in checkout and confirm that your right of withdrawal expires when the digital service begins.

For P2 Contact, the activation and use of contact/messenger functions is treated as a digital service. For P3 Astro and P4 Complete, this applies accordingly to astro texts, partner comparison, composite, forecasts and other premium functions. The notice is confirmed in checkout via a mandatory checkbox.

Cancellation or downgrade is started in the customer account and usually takes effect at the end of the period. A withdrawal is checked separately, especially if contact functions have already been actively used.

The preferred way is the customer account area “Withdrawal, suspension & cancellation”. Astro2Match can then check user ID, package, booking date, payment, runtime and status automatically. A clear e-mail to widerruf@astro2match.de is also possible.

After review, a refund is processed through the original payment method. The exact time depends on the payment provider.

Astro2Match uses technical and organizational safeguards such as encrypted connections, secure password storage, access protection, logging of security-relevant processes and admin checks.

When you visit the website, technically necessary data may be processed, such as your IP address, date and time of access, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed and server log data. This data is needed to load the website securely, detect errors and prevent misuse or attacks.

Yes. You can request deletion or have your account paused or deleted. Some data, such as invoices, may have to be kept longer due to legal retention duties.

No. Astro2Match does not sell user data for advertising purposes. Data is shared only when technically necessary, for example for hosting, email delivery, payment providers or legal obligations.

Astro2Match may use technically necessary cookies or local storage, for example for login, sessions, language, security or settings. If analytics or marketing services such as Google Analytics, Matomo, Facebook Pixel or external Google Fonts are introduced later, this must be explained transparently in the privacy policy and, where required, controlled through consent.

The platform should be accessed through an encrypted connection. Look for the lock symbol in your browser or a secure HTTPS connection.

Real photos build trust and help protect against fake profiles. Photos can be checked by an admin and rejected if they violate the rules.

Profile photos should show you clearly. Fake photos, other people without permission, offensive content, advertising, logos or content that violates third-party rights are not allowed.

Customer data is needed for checkout, invoices and payment processing. If required data is missing, the system guides you to the customer data form before payment.

It is intended for the Contact, Astro and Complete packages and may be subject to admin approval. The clearly visible main profile photo is not affected by this.

Astro2Match uses photo approval, report options, admin review, filters and optional identity or verification mechanisms to reduce fake profiles and abuse.

Respect is mandatory. Insults, harassment, spam, fraud, racist or right-wing extremist statements, hate speech, threats and attempts to bypass platform rules are prohibited. Advertising, paid cooperation or influencer references must not be misleading and require clear labelling if allowed at all.

Yes. Messages can be checked for insults, contact details, external messenger references or other rule violations.

You can report users from the profile or chat. The admin reviews reports and can warn, block or remove content.

Yes. You can archive, restore or delete conversations from your own view. This does not automatically delete the other user’s view.

Accessibility functions help make the platform easier to read and use, for example through clearer contrast or keyboard operation.

Where available, you can find the options in settings or in the customer/profile area.

Many areas can be reached with a keyboard. Mobile views and complex admin areas should still be tested separately.

Astrology is not scientific proof and does not replace medical, psychological or legal advice. At Astro2Match we understand astrology as an ancient language of observation and symbols – figuratively perhaps the oldest statistics of humanity. It can help view personality, relationship patterns and encounters more consciously. You always decide whom you trust and contact.

Astro2Match can use date of birth, time of birth, place of birth and coordinates to calculate astrological values such as planets, houses and aspects.

The time of birth is especially important for ascendant, houses and precise interpretations. If it is unknown, only limited or approximate analyses may be possible.

No. Astrological analyses are orientation, reflection and entertainment – not a promise or guarantee of a relationship. They help view patterns more consciously and do not replace medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

Astro2Match uses astrology as a symbolic language for personality, resonance and relationship patterns. It is not treated as scientific proof, but as an ancient observation tradition that can invite more self-knowledge and conscious encounters.

Every now and then people mention a supposed "13th zodiac sign". This refers to the constellation Ophiuchus (the Serpent Bearer), which astronomically lies along the apparent path of the Sun. For Astro2Match's astrological calculations, however, this makes no difference. Western astrology has worked for over 2,000 years with a fixed zodiac of 12 equally sized segments. These segments follow the course of the year and the seasons - not how many constellations are discovered in the sky or what they are named. Names like Aries, Taurus or Gemini are therefore primarily labels for these twelve zodiac segments. What matters are the exact positions of the Sun, Moon and planets at the moment of birth, and the angular relationships between them - not whether further constellations exist astronomically. That is why Astro2Match deliberately uses classical Western astrology, on which all calculations, horoscopes and partner matches are based. Discovering further constellations or new names does not change these astrological foundations.

The score is a calculated indication of possible harmony according to the current matching rules. It is not a promise, only orientation for possible contacts.
