2. Web sitesi ziyareti sırasında işlenen veriler
Web sitesi ziyaretinde teknik veriler işlenebilir: IP adresi, tarih ve saat, çağrılan sayfa, tarayıcı, cihaz, işletim sistemi, referrer, sunucu günlükleri ve güvenlik olayları. Bunlar işletim, güvenlik, hata analizi, kötüye kullanımı önleme ve gerektiğinde hukuki savunma için kullanılır.
3. Kayıt ve hesap
Kayıt ve hesap kullanımı için Astro2Match e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, parola hash’i, onay durumu, yaş onayı, giriş verileri, paket durumu ve ayarları işler. Parolalar düz metin olarak saklanmaz.
4. Profil, matching ve astroloji
Kullanıma bağlı olarak profil metinleri, fotoğraflar, anket cevapları, tercihler, konum bilgileri, doğum tarihi, doğum saati, doğum yeri ve hesaplanan astro değerleri profiller, match skorları, horoskop modülleri ve uyumluluk görünümleri için işlenebilir.
5. Mesajlar, moderasyon ve güvenlik
Mesajlar, bildirimler, destek talepleri, filtre sonuçları ve moderasyon kararları iletişim sağlamak, kullanıcıları korumak, kötüye kullanımı araştırmak ve platform kurallarını uygulamak için işlenebilir.
6. Ödemeler ve faturalar
Ücretli paketlerde müşteri verileri, paket, tutar, ödeme tarihi, işlem durumu, fatura bilgileri ve muhasebe belgeleri sözleşmenin ifası, faturalama, vergi yükümlülükleri ve kanıt için işlenir.
7. Cookies, yerel depolama ve tracking
Astro2Match oturum cookies, login cookies, Remember-Me, yerel depolama ve gelecekte etkinleştirilirse Matomo, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel veya harici Google Fonts gibi hizmetler kullanabilir. Onay gerekiyorsa kullanıcıya banner veya onay ayarları sunulur.
8. Kullanıcı hakları
Kullanıcılar GDPR uyarınca bilgi, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, itiraz ve veri taşınabilirliği talep edebilir. Talepler: info@astro2match.de.

Detection of multiple registrations
We may additionally use date of birth, time of birth and place of birth in order to detect multiple registrations and the repeated use of free demo services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the service against abusive multiple use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Consequences of a match: a match does not lead to automatic deletion or suspension of the account. The account remains fully usable; only the free demo is initially not enabled. Data subjects may request a review by a human being.
Right to object: under Art. 21 GDPR you have the right to object to this processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. Please contact support.
For data protection reasons we do not disclose which other account caused a match.
Consent records
When you give or withdraw consent we record this in order to be able to demonstrate it under Art. 7(1) GDPR. We store your user ID, the point in time, the version of the consent text and whether it was a grant or a withdrawal. No IP address is stored for this purpose.
