1. Scope and operator

These terms apply to the use of Astro2Match by registered users. The operator is Antonios Petropoulos. The service address is: c/o POSTFLEX PFX-158-597, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany. Users must be at least 18 years old and must provide truthful registration and profile information.

2. Free account, packages and contract conclusion

Registration creates a free P1 account. A paid contract is concluded only when the user selects a paid package in the booking process, confirms the displayed contract data and the booking or payment is successfully completed. The prices, package rights and terms displayed at the time of booking apply. All displayed end prices are gross prices including statutory VAT where applicable. Fixed prices are not repeated in these terms because package prices are maintained in the booking system.

3. Package term, renewal and downgrade

Paid packages normally run for the period shown during booking. Auto-renewal only applies if the user activates it and the follow-up payment is successful. If auto-renewal is disabled, the paid package ends automatically at the end of the paid period and the account is downgraded to P1 Free without deleting the user account.

4. Withdrawal for digital services

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right. For Astro2Match the preferred way to request withdrawal is the customer account area “Withdrawal, suspension & cancellation”, where user ID, package, booking date, payment, runtime and status are checked. A clear e-mail withdrawal to widerruf@astro2match.de remains possible. If the user expressly requests immediate activation of digital services and confirms knowledge of the possible loss of the withdrawal right, the withdrawal right may expire or be limited once paid digital functions, especially active messaging/contact functions, have been activated and used.

5. User conduct and moderation

Users must behave respectfully and lawfully. Insults, harassment, threats, spam, fraud, fake profiles, identity misuse, sexual harassment, racist, antisemitic, discriminatory, right-wing extremist, extremist, hate-speech, inciting or violence-glorifying content are prohibited. This applies to profiles, pictures, messages, usernames and links. Astro2Match may filter, review, remove content, warn users, limit functions, suspend or delete accounts.

6. Advertising and influencer content

Commercial contact, mass advertising, affiliate links, self-promotion, paid or unpaid influencer advertising and misleading recommendations are not allowed without prior approval. If advertising is allowed in an individual case, it must be clearly and truthfully labelled as advertising.

7. Copyright and user content

The Astro2Match name, logo, design, texts, graphics, database structures, horoscope texts, match evaluations and source code are protected. They may not be copied, published, scraped or commercially used without permission. Users keep the rights to their own uploaded content but grant Astro2Match the usage rights required to display and operate the profile and platform.

8. Matching, astrology and disclaimer

Astro2Match does not promise a relationship, replies from other users, a successful match or a specific life result. Astrological content and match scores are inspiration and orientation. Decisions about contact, trust, meetings and personal questions remain the responsibility of the user.

9. Liability, availability and external links

Astro2Match works to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited according to statutory rules. The operator is not responsible for user content or for external websites linked from the platform; external providers are responsible for their own content.

10. Changes, cancellation and account deletion

Users can delete their account or end paid use according to the options provided in the customer account. Astro2Match may change these terms when necessary for legal, technical or operational reasons. Users will be informed where required.
